SIP-HV Series High Voltage Reed Relay

The SIP-HV series is designed for high-voltage applications and comes with the following features:

  • Insulation Resistance: As high as 10^12 Ohms.
  • Contact Resistance: 150 mΩ.

  • Maximum Switching Current: 1.0 Ampere, with a maximum carry current of 2.5 Amperes at 60°C.
  • Operation and Release Times: 1.0 ms and 0.25 ms respectively.
  • Environmental Specifications: Operating temperature range from -20°C to +70°C, and storage temperature range from -35°C to +105°C.
  • Life Expectancy: 5×10^8 operations at 5VDC-10mA.
  • Coil Parameters: Available in 5VDC, 12VDC, and 24VDC versions with specified pickup, dropout, and maximum operating voltages, along with coil resistances at 20°C.

MSIP Series Reed Relay

The MSIP series is characterized by its molded thermoset body on an integral lead frame design, offering the following:

  • Contact Rating: 10 Watts.
  • Maximum Switching Voltage: 250V (DC/Peak AC).
  • Maximum Switching Current: 0.5 Ampere (DC/Peak AC), with a maximum carry current of 1.0 Ampere at 60°C.
  • Contact Resistance: 100 mΩ.
  • Dielectric Strength: Between contacts and contact/shield to coil is 250 VDC.
  • Insulation Resistance: Up to 10^12 Ohms.
  • Coil Parameters: Available in 5VDC and 12VDC with specified pickup, dropout, and maximum operating voltages, along with coil resistances at 20°C.

VSIP Series Reed Relay

The VSIP series is similar in many ways to the MSIP series but has its own set of features, which include:

  • High Insulation Resistance: Up to 10^12 Ohms.
  • High Speed Switching: High reliability and long-life sealed contacts.
  • Optional Coil Suppression Diode: Protects coil drive circuits.
  • Magnetic Shield: Reduces interaction between components.
